We want you to love your piece as much as we loved sourcing it for you. Because our crystals are natural, one-of-a-kind creations of the Earth, each item will have unique variations, inclusions, natural striations, and markings that are part of its beauty and not considered defects.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.


Final Sale Items

 


All discounted, promotional, or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless the item arrives damaged and the damage is confirmed by our team.


Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


All returned items must be received and inspected by our team before any store credit is issued. Store credit will only be processed once the item has been reviewed and approved.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Store Credit

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the returned item (excluding original shipping costs). Store credit will be issued electronically and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided, except in cases of confirmed damage reviewed and approved by our customer support team.



Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopkhemia.com

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • A full unboxing video
  • Images showing all broken pieces and original packaging


All damage claims are subject to review and confirmation by our customer support team. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be covered for confirmed damaged items if the item needs to be sent back.
